Neuhaus and his wife Biene, nee Rosenbaum. (Thiele, a a.a.O., S.477) Toni and
Louis Neuhaus had two children:

Louis Neuhaus died 04.06.1929. Toni Neuhaus left Göttingen 17.05.1934 to Berlin. It seems that she emigrated from Berlin to Mexico where her daughter Gertrud lived since 1926.

26. Martha Israel, born 29.12.1876, she was married on 11.04.1902 in Kassel to Dr.med.
Julius Winter from Magdeburg-Neustadt, born 11.09.1874 in
Graudenz/Marienwerder, son of Salomon Winter and his wife Hulda, nee
Abraham. Martha and Julius Winter emigrated into the Netherlands. They
lived in Amsterdam, de Lairessestraat 11, später Vodelstraat 25.
Martha Winter died on 05.01.1940 in Amsterdam. Julius Winter worked
in the Jewish Hospital in Amsterdam. He was arrested in Westerbork
from 29.09.1943 and deported from there on 20.01.1944 to Theresienstadt
(Transport no. XXIV/2 no. 816) and on 16.05.1944 from Theresienstadt
to Auschwitz (Transport no. Ea 2334). His nephew Dr. Salomon Winter
from Montevideo / Uruguay wrote 1999 a testimony for him in Yad
Vashem.
33. Agnes Israel, born 20.10.1874 in Hildesheim, she was married to Moses Max Gumbert
on 07.03.1897, born 12.10.1867 in Peine, son of Joseph Gumbert and his
wife Henriette Blan(c)k.Moses Max and Agns Gumbert had two children:

+ 57 Hans Ludwig Gumbert, born 01.07.1903.
Moses Max Gumbert died on 19.01.1932 in Meran. Agnes Gumbert
emigrated with his son to the Netherlands. She died in Bilthoven on
25.01.1948.
35. Sally Israel, born 13.07.1871. He married first Rosa Examus, born 1875. Saly and Rosa
Israel had four children:

perished on 23.04.1943. Bertha and Irmgard were deported from

36. Sander / Siegfried Israel, born 21.11.1873 in Zierenberg, merchant in Kassel, he married

Gudensberg, daughter of Isaak Mansbach (living in New York)
and his wife Eva, nee Kron (Thiele, a.a.O., S.501)
They moved to Frankfurt/Main. Siegfried Israel was deported
to Buchenwald in November 1938, where he perished on
10.12.1938. Helene Israel was deported on 18.08.1942 from
Frankfurt/Main to Theresienstadt and from there on
26.09.1942 to Treblinka. (Gedenkbuch Bundesarchiv, a.a.O.).
37. Rosa Israel, born 13.02.1876 in Kassel, she was married on 15.11.1905 to Ludwig
Oppenheimer, merchant in Frankfurt / Main, born 29.11.1880 in Frankfurt /

They emigrated in 1935 into the Nethelands and lived first in
Nijmegen, then in Urtecht, He had an antiquarian bookshop.
Ludwig and Marie Martha Gumbert had a son:

Hans Ludwig Gumbert died on 13.10.1994 in Utrecht, Marie
