FIRST GENERATION :

The first one I could find:

1. Abraham Oberdorff, he married Bella, née Steinberg. Abraham and Bella Oberdorff lived in Elze. They had a son:

+ 2. David Oberdorff, born about 1813 in Mehle.

SECOND GENERATION :

2. David Oberdorff, born about 1813 in Mehle. He married Henriette, née Raphaelson. David and Henriette Oberdorff had three children:

+ 3. Emma Oberdorff, born 22.05.1855 in Mehle

+ 4. Louis Oberdorff, born 04.11.1857 in Mehle

+ 5. Franziska Oberdorff, born 03.12.1859 in Mehle.

+ 6. Julius Oberdorff, born 14.07.1862

David and Henriette Oberdorff lived temporarily in Kassel Wolfschlucht 3. David Oberdorff died on 08.10.1889 in Kassel. (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 253)

THIRD GENERATION :

3. Emma Oberdorff, born 22.05.1855 inMehle, she was married on 28.02.1900 to Leser Ronsheim, born 29.11.1844 in Abterode, son of David Ronsheim and his wife Brendel, née Heilbrunn. (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 494) Emma Ronsheimer lived since 26.08.1918 in Kassel Weigelstrasse 14. On 24.03.1937 she had to move into Mombachstrasse 17. She was deported on 07.09.1942 from Kassel to Theresienstadt and murdered there on 12.10.1942 (Gedenkbuch Kassel, a.a.O., p. 148).

4. Louis Oberdorff, born 04.11.1857 in Mehle. He married on 05.05.1886 Emma Mondschein, born 21.01.1861 in Hoof, daughter of Daniel/David Mondschein and his wife Johanna Blank. (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 463) Louis and Emma Oberdorff lived in Kassel since 02.10.1901 in Moltkestrasse 7, since 26.09.1913 i Hohenzollernstrasse 70. They had two daughters:

7. Herta Oberdorff, born 25.05.1894 in Kassel (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 136)

+ 8. Mary Rosy Oberdorff, born 18.01.1897 in Kassel (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 142).

Louis Oberdorff died on 25.06.1919 in Kassel (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 306). Emma Oberdorff had to move on 03.02.1939 into Mombachstrasse 17. She was deported on 07.09.1942 from Kassel to Theresienstadt and murdered there on 04.04.1944. (Gedenkbuch Kassel, a.a.O., p. 141)

5. Franziska Oberdorff, born 03.12.1859 in Mehle. She was married to Sussmann (Siegmund) Mondschein,born 23.11.1858 in Hoof, son of Daniel/David Mondschein and his wife Johanna, née Blank . Franziska and Sussmann / Siegmund Mondschein had two sons:

9. Dietrich Mondschein, born 05.05.1890 in Kassel (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 131)

+ 10. Herbert Mondschein, born 21. or 31.07.1892 in Kassel (Thiele, a.a.O., p. 133).

Franziska Mondschein was deported on 07.09.1942 from Kassel to Theresienstadt and murderd there on 16.06.1942 (Gedenkbuch Bundesarchiv).

6. Julius Oberdorff, born 14.07.1862. He martied Martha Friedman, daughter of Moritz Friedman and his wife Marianne née Heilbrunn.

FOURTH GENERATION :

10. Herbert Mondschein, born 21. or 31.07.1892 in Kassel. He lived in Hannover. He was deported from Hannover on 15.12.1941 to Riga. (Gedenkbuch Bundesarchiv)
