2) Victor Plaut, born about 1660 in Sontra, he married Nenna, born 1672 in Sontra. Possibly she was Victors Plaut‘s second wife. She can‘t be the mother of Ruben and Moses because of her age. So Victor and Nenna Plaut had four sons:

4) Moses Victor Plaut, born 1686 in Sontra
5) David Victor Plaut, born 1693 in Sontra
6) Benjamin Victor Plaut, born about 1700 in Reichensachsen
7) Suessel Victor Plaut, born 1703 in Reichensachsen
8) Meyer Victor Plaut, born 1713 in Reichensachsen.
Victor Plaut died in 1718 in Reichensachsen at the age of 58 years. Nenna Plaut died about 1753 at the age 81 years in Reichensachsen.

3) Ruben Victor Plaut, born 1684 in Sontra, he married Reissgen, born 1687 in Schmalkalden. Ruben Victor and Reissgen Plaut had six children:

10) Giedel Judith Plaut, born 1707 in Sontra. She was married to Jacob Heilbrunn, born 1709 in Wichmannshausen, son of Elieser Loeser Heilbrunn.
Elieser Loeser Heilbrunn was a son of Benjamin Manasse Meschulam. He died on 21.06.1738 in Wichmannshausen. He is buried on the Jewish cemetery of Reichensachsen, grave no. 22.
Giedel Judith and Jacob Heilbrunn had six children:

16) Ruben Heilbrunn, born 1736 in Wichmannshausen

21) Jettchen Judith Heilbrunn, born 1784 in Wichmannshausen. She was married to Manus Meyer Isaac Heilbrunn. She died on 04.08.1871 in Wichmannshausen. She is buried on the Jewish cemetery of Reichensachsen, grave no. 85.
23) Betti Besgen Beschen Heilbrunn, born 12.06.1799 in Wichmannshausen. She was married to Aron Weinstein, born 1767 in Wommen. Betti and Aron Weinstein had eight children:

24) Rahel Weinstein, born 09.08.1820 in Wommen. She was married on 01.09.1841 in Nesselröden to Peretz Goldschmidt, born 13.12.1815 in Herleshausen, son of Kappel Goldschmidt and his wife Rebecka, née Katzenstein. Kappel Goldschmidt was born 14.04.1767 in Herleshausen, he died on 04.01.1832 in Herleshausen. Rebecka Weinstein was born 21.07.1785 in Eschwege.
Rahel and Peretz Goldschmidt had six children:

33) Victor Goldschmidt, born 1844 in Herleshausen
34) Regine Goldschmidt, born 15.02.1847 in Herleshausen
35) Levi Goldschmidt, born 1849 in Herleshausen

Rahel Goldschmidt died on 20.01.1900 in Herleshausen. Peretz Goldschmidt died on 19.08.1902 in Herleshausen.

37) Schona Jeanette Goldschmidt, born 01.12.1856 in Herleshausen. She was married on 19.10.1883 in Herleshausen to Aron Spangenthal, weaver, born 06.08.1851 in Spangenberg, son of Ruben Levi Spangenthal and his wife Dina, née Nussbaum.Schona Jeanette and Aron Spangenthal had five children:

+ 39) Rudolf Spangenthal, born 20.02.1886 in Spangenberg

Aron Spangenthal died on 08.04.1900 at the age of 48 years in Spangenberg. He is buried on the Jewish cemetery of Spangenberg. Jeanette Spangenthal moved on 30.11.1937 to Kassel. She lived in Prinzenstrasse no.14, form 17.09.1941 in Kaiserstrasse no. 13 and from 23.10.1941 in Mombachstrasse 17. She was deported on 07.09.1942 from Kassel to Theresienstadt (transport XVI/1, train Da 511). She was murdered in Theresienstadt on 06.02.1943.

38) Dina Spangenthal, born 28.09.1884 in Spangenberg, she was married on 26.05.1907 in Abterode to David Westheim, born 30.05.1878 in Abterode, son of Lehmann Westheim and his wife Rosa née Lorge. David and Dina Westheim had four children:

+ 44) Benno Westheim, born 11.09.1909 in Abterode
+ 45) Alice Westheim, born 22.07.1911 in Abterode
+ 46) Eleonore Westheim, born 30.11.1912 in Abterode.
Dina and David Westheim emigrated into the Netherlands and lived in Amsterdam. They were arrested in Westerbork, deported from there on 06.04.1943 to Sobibor and murdered on 09.04.1943.
39) Rudolf Spangenthal, born 20.02.1884 in Spangenberg, he emigrated on 30.10.1900 into the USA. He married Stella Greissmann. Rudolf and Stella Spangenthal had two sons:
+ 47) Arno Spangenthal, born 12.07.1928 New York
+ 48) Bernard Spangenthal, born 1936.
40) Rosa Spangenthal, born 01.10.1888 in Spangenberg. She was married in Winterberg to Paul Winterberger, born 11.10.1881 in Winterberg. Rosa and Paul Winterberger lived in Hamburg. They were deported from there on 06.12.1941 to Riga-Jungfernkopf. Paul Winterberger was murdered there on 07.01.1941. Rosa Winterberger was deported from Riga on 01.10.1944 to Stutthof and murdered there on 02.01.1945.
41) Bertha Bella Spangenthal, born 12.06.1890 in Spangenberg. She was married to Bernhard Speier, born 20.06.1887, son of Herz Speier and his wife Ester, née Katz. Bertha Bella and Berhard Speier had two chidren:
+ 49) Fred Speier, born 02.09.1922 in Kassel
+ 50) Hannelore Speier, born 1927 in Kassel.
The family lived in Melsungen, they emigrated into the USA. Bernhard Speier died in September 1982 at the age of 95 in Chicago, Bertha Bella Speier died in May 1994 at the age of 103 in Chicago.
42) Leopold Spangenthal, born 18.06.1893 in Spangenberg. He moved in 1938 to Kassel, Prinzenstrasse 14, lived from 06.10.1938 till 12.12.1938 in Seyn/Koblenz, came back to Kassel and moved on 31.10.1940 to Berlin. He married about 1941 Hedwig Adler, born 20.06.1895 in Kassel, daughter of Nathan and Bertha Adler. Leopold and Hedwig Spangenthal were deported from Berlin on 17.03.1943 to Theresienstadt and from there on 06.10.1944 to Auschwitz.

43) Alfred Westheim, born 28.07.1908 in Abterode. He married on 29.06.1940 Irmgard / Irma N.N., born 15.03.1917. Aslfred and Irmgard Westheim had a daughter:

Alfred Westheim died on 17.06.1998 at the age of 89.
44) Benno Westheim, born 11.09.1909 in Abterode. He emigrated and married Heddy Nussbaum, born 01.12.1915. Benno and Heddy Westheim had three sons:

54) Alan Westheim.
Heddy Westheim died on 29.05.1962 at the age of 46.
45) Alice Westheim, born 22.07.1911 in Abterode. She emigrated with her parents into the Netherlands and married about 1938 in Amsterdam Siegbert Mielzynski, born 14.04.1913 in Berlin, son of Adolf Mielzynski and his wife Henriette, née Cohn. Alice and Siegbert Mielzynski had a son:
55) Ralph Abraham Mielzynski, born 07.01.1940 in Amsterdam.
Alice, Siegbert and Ralph Abraham Mielzynski were arrested in Westerbork and deported to Sobibor and murdered there on 09.07.1943.
46) Eleonore Westheim, born 30.11.1912 in Abterode. She was married in 1936 in Amsterdam to Fred Rose, born 15.02.1910 im Poembsen. Eleonore and Fred Rose had two daughters.
Fred Rose died on 11.08.1988 at the age of 78 in brooklyn N.Y. Eleonore Rose died on 10.11.1988 at the age of 83 in Brooklyn N.Y.
47) Arno Spangenthal, born 12.07.1928 in New York. He married on 06.06.1952 Marilyn Margolese. Arno and Mariyln Spangenthal had three children.
Arno Spangenthal died on 29.10.1987 at the age of 59 in New York.
48) Bernard Spangenthal, born in 1936. He married Lois Berg. Bernard and Lois Spangenthal had three sons.
49) Fred Speier, born 02.09.1922 in Kassel. He emigrated with his Family into the USA. He married on 31.01.1945 in Mesa, Arizona Herta Katz, born 20.07.1925 in Spangenberg, daughter of Moses Katz and his wife Jenny née Kaiser. Fred and Herta Speier had three children:

57) Howard Stephen Speier
58) Karla Jeanette Speier.
Herta Speier died on 25.08.1991 atthe age of 66. Fred Speier died on 26.10.2006 at the age of 84 in Mesa Arizona.
50) Hannelore Speier, born in 1927in Kassel. She emigrated with her family into the USA. She was married on 29.06.1949 to Hans Herbert Stern, born 18.09.1924. Hannelore and Hans Herbert Stern had two children:
59) Sherryl Betina Stern
60) Glen Stern.
Hans Herbert Stern died on 06.12.1998 at the age of 74 in Germantown, Tennessee.
